We absolutely wanted to respect the environment.The evolving standards of manufacturers, currently EURO 6, guarantee reduced pollution. All our coaches, minibuses and vans meet this standard.
Whether you are in Marseille, Aubagne, Aix-en-Provence or in the region, our vehicles are the most respectful of the environment.
A coach pollutes less than a car with regards to the number of people transported. All our coaches, minibuses and vans in our fleet are renewed every three years and therefore equipped with the latest engines. Also, our drivers benefit from eco-driving training.
Azur Evasion does not yet have electric vehicles for passenger transport. However, our commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by our increasing use of biofuels. Our fleet of 70 vehicles is transitioning towards the exclusive use of OLEO 100 biofuels: by the end of 2024, all our vehicles will run on this biofuel.
While the precise carbon footprint has not yet been fully determined, we closely monitor our transport-related emissions and adjust our practices in line with evolving environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Azur Evasion is ahead of the legal requirements applicable in the Marseille area. We operate within the guidelines set by the Marseille City Council, particularly regarding the low-emission zone (LEZ) established in the city. This ensures that our fleet complies with, and even anticipates, future local vehicle emissions regulations.
